When did I say Coors Light is better than any beer?

In a previous post I said Pabst Blue Ribbon is better than Coors Light, get your facts straight...

 

I will tell you one thing, if someone gives me a Coors Light for free, it's the best beer, at least at that moment.

 

Step up and make a worthwhile comment cuz all you are doing is being antagonistic, if you can't step and be a man, don't bother.

 

If euros opinions matter to you, it's a show of character....

I know beer because, as I have said in a previous post, I have tried hundreds and managed a brew pub, where we made our own beer, the beer we made I would happily put it next to any eurotrash beer and make my case. I have no respect for any euro opinion, zero, so you can brag about where you are from but it don't mean anything. I used my bartending as an example of I know what people order, pay attention sparky.

 

Now we have lost sight of what this thread is about, it is what beers Coors Light is better than. No one has seriously said Coors Light is better than all beer.

 

If anyone wants to start a 'Best Beer' thread, go for it, I will post. I always say, the best beer I ever have is free beer.

My neighbor drinks Coors Light. So we each exchanged a beer. After several cans of PBR I tried a Coors Light. And it had no taste at all.

Little tongue and cheek on euros opinions, I don't respect too many opinions in general. I feel like I have well rounded knowledge, but when it comes to something I know a lot about, like beer, my opinion is the only one I care about. Of course I will agree to disagree, for now on in this thread I am going to stick to the title, hopefully heavy isn't minding me tagging along, if someone wants to start a Beer thread, I will give many more opinions. Many different factors determine what beer I drink when, I am not going to drink a porter on the golf course in the middle of summer. I am not going to drink Coors Light throwing darts in the middle of winter. The 'best' beer is an evolving thing. I appreciate Coors Light for what it is, if you can't, won't, or don't... whatever...

The mere reference of "you people" shows that you are really ignorant. As to the toothpaste and soap reference, I take no offense personally since my people do not have that problem.........but I really think you shouldn't be the one to talk, as there are many places in the US where these items are not widely used By the way, if you read what I wrote again, I never said that I hated Americans........especially since I am married to one. I just simply pointed out that the attitude that no-one's opinions, desires or way of life outside the border of this country has any merits is the very reason why people hate Americans. What I find funny is that while my opinion has not been agreed with, there are so many people in this thread that have basically said the same thing I have - that Coors light is a poor excuse for a beer.

 

Let me add my final comment here - I didn't intend to come off as insulting or condescending........the point I was trying to make is that there are so many beers out in the world, that so many others as well as I find to be so much better than Coors light, and it's a shame for anyone to think that this is it. I would invite anyone to try a beer of some quality, and not waste their taste buds on Coors light.

I just thought I'd add my 2 cents to a topic I knew something about, but this did remind me why I don't hang out here too often. My vacation ends next Monday, so I'll be going back to just reading the occasional interesting post when I get the time. I do thank God though that I have more going on in my life than the Geek club, and that my existence is not defined by throwing out insults on a message board to anyone who has an opinion different to mine, or feeling the need to insult everyone with wishes of diseases or death.
