Richard Seymour's wife arrested for 2nd degree lynching!

Recommended Posts

i always thought lynching was the same as hanging.

Tanya Seymour, the wife of the Patriots' Richard Seymour, was arrested in Columbia, S.C. Thursday and charged with two counts of second-degree lynching, according to a report on TV station WLTX's website.

According to the police report, the victims were jumped by a group of people at a party sometime after 12:30 a.m. on New Year's Day. The victims said they were invited to the party where they got into an argument with other attendees.

Seymour, 27, allegedly punched the women multiple times in the face and body, according to the police report. One person suffered a sprained right wrist.

Second-degree lynching is defined as “any act of violence inflicted by a mob upon the body of another person and from which death does not result," according to South Carolina law.

You can take the negro out of the ghetto, but you can't take the ghetto out of the negro.
