snarky 0 Posted September 1, 2010 our league has been using fanball for the last 5 years. the last couple the members of our league have shown alot of displeasure in the fanball experience. trouble with live scoring & trouble logging on during the busy sunday mornings are the 2 main complaints. so, i've(the commish) been contemplating switching to myfantasyleague.com. i've heard this site is better.... any1 have any opinions on the subject? thanky- Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

RaiderHaters Revenge 4,316 Posted September 2, 2010 mfl sucks. brilliant addition, although it is expected from you MFL is good if you have a commish who is web design savy, its not even bad if you just do the standard setup. It has the most customization of any site out there, is excellent for keeper and dynasty leagues as well. Fanball is aweful, after being there for 6 yrs we switched to MFL last year during the Fanball-NBC debaucle, and have not had one complaint. if your league is relatively basic Yahoo is where to go and its free Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Impaler 0 Posted September 2, 2010 My league played on Fanball for about 8 years and amazingly it got worse and worse every year. It was actually quite good before Charch and his guys sold the company about 3 years ago. Since then its sucked. We switched to MFL this year and the jury is out, obviously, but so far it seems like it will work better for our league. We have very complex and unique rules and roster configurations and salary cap constraints and MFL seems to work within our league structure, which a lot of websites do not do. Grateful Parrot 0 Posted September 2, 2010 We've been using MFL for 8 years now. It suits our league's purpose great. We do custom scoring and use the IR function for rosters as well. WR Guru 31 Posted September 2, 2010 I made the same switch a few years ago. MFL's customization options are top-notch. It is a great site for a league with some unique or unorthodox rules. Fanball was good in that area, but not quite up to snuff with MFL. As far as the issues with Fanball sometimes being slow or non-responsive - especially on live scoring - I have not had any of those problems with MFL. There are a few bells and whistles and design tweaks that I might like to see on MFL, but nothing major. Can't beat it for the price unless you have a very simple, rudimentary league that can run on a free site like Yahoo. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

MFL is a fat girl who wants to have sex all the time and is suprisingly good at it..but don't turn the lights on.
