Thanks Matt. I understand busy days, so if you ever need to send them to me, I would select for you also. Glad to help if I can!

Well, again, what the hell, toss a coin and hope I pick the right Colt to get a piece of that action. We'll see. With Knox, Crabs, Maningham and both Vikes off the board, I am in a little no man's land here. Thought for sure ONE of those five would be here.

Collie is the biggest boom/bust player in this year's draft. With his rapport with Peyton, he could be a top 5 receiver. But he also has the biggest chance of having a season (even a career) ending injury. I'd have loved him as my third WR.

Ryan Grant. A year ago, he was a third round pick. The Packers offense was great without a reliable back last year. Starks looked good in limited action, but it sounds like Grant will be the starter, with Starks filling in and taking third back duties. I'll take him as a third RB.

Marshawn lynch: guy has talent. With tom cable in town and some early draft picks along the offensive line the last two years, I think we may see some beast mode.

Thanks jeepz. I really didn't want to take another WR as a luxury pick but I might have selected collie there

Great picks Vikings4ever. I was looking at him last round, and would have taken him in this round. Great value as he will start all season long, IMO.

Yeah, as my second WR I'm not thrilled with the selection, but like I said, I really thought one of the other five would have been there. I really like Grant as RB3 there.

this is exactly why i didn't take him where i took Holmes. Without these incidents, Britt would have been my choice because he has easy double digit TD potential even with a shiot or rookie QB. But the threat of suspension does loom and even if not, i didn't want to take the risk of him getting into another situation.

i really wanted him at this turn as my #4 though.

I guess this guy I just traded with does not read the news much

Okay, comments on Johnny Knox:

First, and this is cool (in my little mind), I had four WRs on my list at this point. 3 of them are gone. Austin Collie and Michael Crabtree I liked, as well, but had already dismissed them because I'm not a big fan of multiple receiving targets from the same offense for my starting lineup . . . unless they are amazing. i.e. Wayne/Harrison, Welker/Moss, Boldin/Fitz, you get the idea.

Second, why Johnny Knox? Because he emerged last year as Jay Cutler's security blanket. This is key. Cutler loves him, and Knox gets open. I like the way his mind works and the way he plays. He's not quite as tough as a certain Steeler receiver, but he has a similar knack for finding the hole in the coverage. The other Chicago receivers haven't done what they need to distinguish themselves, and one of them was given every opportunity to be "the man." What they've ended up being is big-play targets, but have not developed into the go-to guy. As a #3 receiver, I'm totally on board with that. :) He may not be the most talented on the team, but if someone is going to take the spot from him as #1, it will take them at least the whole of this year.

Does that make sense? I like the kid.

Oh, and White Wonder . . . I think I know you thought I was going to take . . . but you're just going to have to be patient. :)
