Know Doubt 0 Posted July 16, 2012 Okay so this year starts the one game playoff between two wild card teams. great excitement, blah, blah, blah but... What happens if say in the AL the Division winners are the Yankees, White Sox and Rangers with the Tigers gaining the first Wild Card but there is a two way tie for the second wild card between the Red Sox and the Angels...? Do the Red Sox and Angels play a 1 game Playoff to see who plays Detroit in a 1 game Playoff to see who faces the Yankess(unless of course it's the Red Sox who would then have 'it' staggered so they don't meet the Yankees in the "first round')... :whew: Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
