BuschWack 59 Posted September 26, 2013 It's time Lamar Miller put some serious miles on those tires. Miller will be running against a Saints D giving up 5.3 yards per carry and backed by a coaching staff scheming to keep Brees and the Dolphin Defense off the field. This game will be Miller's break out. 17 rushes - 125 4 rec - 45 2 td's
highsider5 36 Posted September 26, 2013 dayyum, I'd drink to that.
Busted by the Feds 9 Posted September 26, 2013 I just traded Joique Bell for Miller to the R. Bush owner straight up . Here's hoping you're right .
BuschWack 59 Posted September 26, 2013 Saints starting defense: DT - Bunkley did not practice today, questionable with a bad calf CB - Greer limited in practice, but probable with a bad back OLB - Galette has a bad hammy, but probable ILB - Lofton has a banged up knee, but probable

Fine Lines 8 Posted September 27, 2013 Problem is Philbin is barely running the ball in close games. This guy is so pass happy it's ridiculous. I don't see Miami keeping pace with the Saints so imagine how much passing the Phins will be doing this week. And when they pass, pass, pass, it will be more Daniel Thomas in there than Lamar Miller. highsider5 36 Posted September 27, 2013 That would work if the APB on Wallace works out in time for him to make the game.
BuschWack 59 Posted September 30, 2013 Here's hoping that Lamar spent extra time stretching today. ....I hope he gets a load of carries!
Busted by the Feds 9 Posted September 30, 2013 The only way I'll even have a chance to win is if Lamar has a Doug Martin 2012 day. Like 250 yards with 3 TD, lol . C'mon Lamar, you can do it !
dave32 14 Posted September 30, 2013 Anyone see the show "The Millers" ? I 'll drink to (be able to enjoy) that!
BuschWack 59 Posted October 1, 2013 I need 22 points in a .5 ppr league out of Lamar. He needs all the mojo he can get!

BuschWack 59 Posted October 1, 2013 And Thomas is back in. WHY?!
blagrange 2 Posted October 1, 2013 why the would they put d Thomas in, his YPC is much lower than miller
BuschWack 59 Posted October 1, 2013 INT This play calling sucks ass.
Fine Lines 8 Posted October 1, 2013 I just can't understand why they don't run Miller. He could break a long one. He'd keep Brees on the sideline and eat the clock. But noooo......Philbin/Sherman just have to keep passing and passing and then mixing in the less talented Daniel Thomas. Damn!!!
BobSanders_33 127 Posted October 1, 2013 why the ###### would they put d Thomas in, his YPC is much lower than miller Because this staff and management is clueless. Don't let the 3-0 start fool you. Miller had like. 40 yard run last week and then hardly touched it after that.
Fine Lines 8 Posted October 1, 2013 And Miami's OL was getting a lot of push against the Saints DL to start the game. But they didn't stick with it.
Ruckusmh 1 Posted October 1, 2013 I'm interested to see if losing this game changes their outlook at all. I think it's hard to say Miller hasn't been MUCH better than Thomas. To be fair, as long as he gets redzone carries on 'his' series (Since they seem to go series by series) he still can be pretty good.
BigMilk 40 Posted October 1, 2013 He looks solid. Of course I benched him for Gio, so he is likely to score a few more TDs next half. I actually am starting to dig Miller for the rest of the season.
Canadianfan 76 Posted October 1, 2013 Can someone explain to me why Thomas keeps on coming in the game....Miller looks WAY more explosive
Fine Lines 8 Posted October 1, 2013 Now it's raining sacks on Tannehill. This was the game to run, run, run. Play calling blew this game for Miami.

Ruckusmh 1 Posted October 1, 2013 Thomas: 5 touches, 5 yards Miller: 12 Touches, 68 yards 1 TD. lol
svtballa 8 Posted October 1, 2013 Why was Thomas in that whole drive? I seriously don't get it? Anyone with a brain can see miller is just simply more talented

Fine Lines 8 Posted October 1, 2013 Philbin/Sherman are clueless on the running game. Haven't committed to Miller in any game this year.
BobSanders_33 127 Posted October 1, 2013 They have Thomas and Miller rotate drives. They pull Miller immediately after he breaks a run of 10 yards or more and put Thomas in like he needs a breather. They occasionally just put Clay the FB/TE in the backfield by in shotgun or go 5 wide. Unless Thomas gets injured I won't start Miller at flex for the rest of the year. He still has almost 13 in standard scoring tonight. That's not bad.
BuschWack 59 Posted October 1, 2013 This offense has no identity and it starts with the run game. Philbin and his whole staff should be fired.
BuschWack 59 Posted October 1, 2013 Really? He still has almost 13 in standard scoring tonight. That's not bad.Not bad, but if the Phins are gonna win in the future against a D giving up over 5 yards on average per carry, they need to game plan differently and feed the ball to the rb thats doing the damage and let the focking offensive line run block instead of back on their heels pass blocking for a QB thats getting lit up. Definitely. I have to think going forward he separated at least a bit tonight.
BuschWack 59 Posted October 1, 2013 As long as Philbin is Coach, I will never draft another Phin.
