I don't care if they stack 11 in the box, they still need to run AP. And AP was starting to find holes, but they just gave up on the run. Also, he was open many times on dump offs, but Freeman just kept chucking it out of bounds.

Yup. It was pretty maddening to watch. I, too, think Cassel is their best option because he can actually complete a forward pass but what the fock do we know? More than the Vikings obviously...

Cassel is by and far the superior QB on this team. Freeman wasn't misreading plays due to inexperience, he was throwing very, very bad balls.

 

Cassel even in the previous weeks defeat was fairly efficient and threw for 250 yards I believe. With that swiss cheese o-line that is impressive.

i don't understand why AP didn't touch the ball 30 times last night. It makes no sense that you don't game plan to get your best player the ball AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN in their situation.

 

And yes, I own AP this year.

I am not an AP owner and I was blown away. A QB that doesn't so the system and you throw 53 times. Brilliant!

 

Coach might not make it through the season.
