Ellington hurt........was only a matter of time.

Not a hedge. Just admitting that I made a mistake. Covered my bases and then uncovered one, and it cost me. Maybe. We'll see. Losing the Denver RB on my top scoring team has been hard. Latavius Murray could be ... A hero.

BS...if he goes off, you will claim you were right.

If he does nothing, you will claim you were not that optimistic. Just as you hedged everything in the Murray thread. Had he not done anything, you would have pointed to your quotes that said you were not that excited and it was only a desperation play.

Its quite obvious.

I think Taylor has looked really good in limited duty this year. He does everything. It does not surprise me he is getting the start. Could be huge.

who didn't see this coming:

Fox Sports 910's Mike Jurecki hears that Andre Ellington (hip, sports hernia, foot) is headed for injured reserve, ending his season.

Ellington is headed to Philadelphia to meet with a specialist this week, usually the sign that sports hernia surgery is on the horizon. He's also battled a foot injury since Week 1 and suffered a hip pointer in Week 13. Perhaps it was too big a workload for the undersized Ellington, who averaged 20.5 touches per game at a listed weight of 199 pounds. The crumbling Cardinals will have to move forward with an ugly committee of Stepfan Taylor, Marion Grice and Kerwynn Williams.

Looks like I'm off to grab Williams. Hopefully no one else puts a claim in. I by far have the worst RBs of any team left in the playoffs. It's going to be tough.
