Not too bad. Really dislike how you picked your QBs. I would have taken the best RB or WR available instead of Wilson since you were able to get Carr. No need to draft two QBs before the 10th round.

since this thread is getting action now, how about mine that just drafted last night?

10th pick of 10 team non PPR

QB: Russell Wilson (7th rd)

RB: Melvin Gordon (1st)

RB: Ty Montgomery (5th)

WR: AJ Green (2nd)

WR: TY Hilton (3rd)

WR: Devante Parker (6th)

TE: Rob Gronkowksi (4th)

F: Emmanuel Sanders (8th)

D: Carolina (16th)

K: not yet

B: Bilal Powell (9th), Paul Perkins (10th), Eric Decker (11th), Thomas Rawls (12th), Matt Forte (13th), James White (14th), Rex Burkhead (15th)

*We have IR, so I can move Rawls there for Week 1 and pick up kicker if he doesn't play

*NE plays Thurs night, so I targeted both White and Burkhead to see how they'll be used, knowing I can drop one (or both) from my bench after the game if there's no clarity.

*I'll have #1 waiver priority, so hedges need for handcuffing as of now.

Pretty good team and overall strategy. I'm not a huge fan of the Hilton pick because of Luck's status. I can't believe how far Parker has moved up. I still have Sanders ahead of Parker but I really like both players so it doesn't matter what rounds you got them in.

thanks.

yeah I wasn't targetting Hilton, but I figure at pick 31 it's real good value even if Luck misses time.

the next best WRs on the board were Crabtree, Pryor, Thomas so I think Hilton's better than those guys.

I'd rather take Crabtree or Pryor. I also really like DT because of his consistent high floor.

Wow Gordon and Green great back to back.

In the fourth round after you picked Gronk what Rbs and or WRs where picked?

If you know the next ten.

Just wondering. N

Thanks for the replay.

Very good team.

just want constructive criticism?

1.11 - A.J. Green - Can't argue safe pick

2.02 - Freeman - Can't argue with getting a tier 2 RB here

3.11 - Tate - Not a sexy pick, all the upside is built in, but in PPR it's hard to argue for a guy with a wider range of outcomes when Tate is a pretty safe pick.

4.02. Ty Montgomery - I think this may be your first regret. I'm not sure of a lot of things with Montgomery, I get the attraction in PPR and the GB offense, but I'm not sure he plays a full seasons, not sure he gets consistent touches if his pass blocking doesn't improve. I think he's more of a James White than an early 4th pick. There are several WR's that should have been here that were probably better value (Adams, Bryant, Benjamin, Crabtree, T. Hill). Kelce may have been available here and I like him better as well. I just think there are RB's with Montgomery's potential later in the draft (i.e. Bilal Powell)

5.11 R. Wilson - I can't really argue with this, I prefer to go later in the draft and get a QB, but the projections on Wilson give you the last chance to get a significant advantage over the next tier of QB's. I'd have personally gone RB here, but I have Wilson rated in line with this pick.

6.02 - E. Sanders - I love this pick and think he's a top 20 PPR WR. The Denver WR's are being discounted because of last year with Simien. While Simien is still a mediocre QB as best, a lot of the WR lack of production had as much to do with Kubiaks system not meshing with his Talent. McCoy will use the talent he has and the WR's are the best thing in this offense.

7.11 Terrance West - Can't argue this pick. I don't like the player but at basically the 8th round, its not a reach. However I hope Woodhead wasn't here when you took West. If healthy Woodhead will be more valuable in PPR but I'm assuming he was gone. This is a spot I also would have looked at James White.

8.02 D. Jackson - In PPR I like Cobb or Garcon better here. Their ADP is about this spot, they may have been gone though. Jackson is tough to use week to week in any format.

9.11 Derrick Carr - If i pick a QB in the first 5 rounds, I expect that QB to be a "set it and forget it player" Thus I would have waited until deep in the draft to grab my 2nd QB. I think this pick , even though its late in the 9th is a wasted pick.

10.02 - Rawls - Hard to argue with this. At this point the risk is worth it.

11.11 - J. Whitten - I actually have him as a top 10 TE in PPR, great job waiting on TE to snag him here.

I won't go through the rest as it's hard to argue for or against players going this late. I will say I think Alf Morris is a wasted pick. Dallas would probably cut him if not for the lengthy Elliot suspension. If I was reaching for a player that was dependent on Injury to start I'd have looked first at Chris Carson as he could step in for Rawls. I also wonder where Procise was drafted in PPR, he would have helped your team for the same reason with depth.

All in all not much to criticize. A lot of people love Ty Montgomery and if he gets 15+ touches a game and stays healthy you've hit paydirt. If not I think you'll be struggling to find a serviceable PPR RB all season. And I think you could have added another PPR upside RB in round 9 in lieu of the Carr pick (James White, Theo Riddick, Duke Johnson, CJ Procise etc) who, if Wilson plays to the level you drafted him at may never start.
