Not sure what this means, but would you rather FoxConn DIDN'T come to WI and create jobs? Would you rather have had jobs go somewhere else?

 

Even if FoxConn came in and only created 20 jobs total, that's 20 jobs WI would NOT have had.

Didn't Wisconsin pay something like $2.5 billion to Foxconn....cash..to lure them there? For 20 jobs?

They were enticed with tax credits. But those credits are dependent upon FoxConn meeting certain job goals. That's it. WI doesn't have to give them anything if goals aren't met.
