Most would be a waste of cash...  Only thing probably worth having would be cards, though not sure if football/hockey/basketball cards were ever as important as baseball cards...

That 89 upper deck set was a true game changer. I think it could be considered the best, and at the same time, the worst thing to happen to the card industry.

I think if I ever buried a time capsule of my youth. A 89 upper deck Ken griffey Jr rookie card, and the techmo superbowl video game for Nintendo would be the top 2 items I'd put in there.
