Best Key Lime Pie Recipe?

Hey, 

I'm looking for a good Key Lime Pie recipe. Anyone have a good one?

I've made this in the past albeit using Bottled Key Lime Juice instead of Fresh Key Limes and it was just ok.

6 large eggs

2 cans of condensed milk

8 oz of Key west lime juice

3 limes - Zest: half in the pie mix, the other half on top

 

Back on 350F for 45 minutes.

 

Perfect every time.  I buy the Keebler deep dish graham cracker crust.  Fits perfect  (a tad extra).  Sometimes I'll make this recipe but get graham crackers and crush them.  Add butter and make mini-crusts in a cup cake tin and make mini pies.

Baking is for wimmin. Go outside and grill/smoke some meat.

At home i used to use the recipe on the bottle of Nellie & Joe's Key Lime juice.  When at the restaurants I would add other enhancers (coconut, mint, rum, orange juice, etc).  mojito key lime pie was a big seller.
