Why don't the socialists in this country and the capitalists simply get a divorce?

It would take some time, but why not? I've known a few people who have gotten divorced, and I am pretty sure I have heard some stories of others where it is a pretty messy situation. But why not if in the end they don't have to live with each other on a day to day basis?

Why not just agree to disagree and part ways like individuals do everyday in our country? They say, "You know what? This relationship is not for us. It's not how we want to live the rest of our lives. I think it would be better if we part ways. 

I don't have a problem with having two or three party's in one system that think of different approaches and debate them and then have a vote from the public to decide which one they like better. But, the socialism/communism the left preaches daily is fundamentally a far cry from capitalism. So let's just get a divorce since the country seems to be divided so equally. We can split the land.

Obviously a bunch of black people don't like white America, go socialist and that government will take care of you. We can just put guards at the border to keep you where you belong.

Some states should split up. NY should be split into southern and northern states. Minnesota, Michigan and Illinois. Missouri.  A few others. I think California is focked top to bottom.

I'm thinking the best start to it all would be to figure it out in two sections. Since the left wants the border with Mexico open, they get the bottom half of the state. Or even two thirds of the bottom half of that state. We would could sacrifice Arizona and New Mexico (that would make me sad for sure as I love going there) maybe the western side of Texas (sorry Austin) . They can have Nevada, Utah, Colorado . Parts of Utah, Wyoming and Nebraska and Kansas. Redefined and connected into one country.

And oh hell, let's give them Florida so they can have their own personal "Cuba" type situation so they can keep in touch with their commie theme..

Why should Americans surrender territory to people who want to turn traitor and set up a new government inside the US?  Confederates were not allowed to do that in 1861.  Don't give one inch to communists.  Just send in the army and force them to surrender and if they take up arms shoot the traitors.

Well, for that to be the solution, I would want the states and feds to start showing up with this looting and community destruction. Shoot them all first, which I wouldn't mind seeing, and then we can talk about your solution and I would probably be won over.
