the terms of the bet are the terms of the bet.  there was in injury clause.   it was well stated on here.   if both parties were willing to abide by the agreement (and it seems they were) I see no issue with taking the out for the injury.   The only one here not liking it is you, and you are not directly involved.

I'm content to let these gentlemen sort it out on their own.    We dont need to help them.
