Go long 0 Posted August 8, 2022 I can keep 3 of these guys in Non-PPR. Damien Harris would be 13rd pick Etienne would be 14th round pick Akers would be 8th round pick Dobbins would be 8th round pick Mooney would be my 10th round pick. Good value for each where I have seen them going in drafts.
weepaws 3,410 Posted August 8, 2022 Etienne, Dobbins, Akers. Changing my picks. Harris, Etienne, Mooney, to many concerns with the health of Dobbins and Akers.
MTSkiBum 1,626 Posted August 8, 2022 Etienne is the easy one. It would be similarly easy to eliminate Harris. I would keep Dobbins and Akers, but if you cannot keep both due to them both requiring an 8th rounder then mooney is not awful.

Good value for each where I have seen them going in drafts. Tough call. they are all good value. I've been telling people to avoid Harris because in New England They do RB by committee there. todays star is tomorrows goat. but for the price of a 13th round pick.... if he can repeat last season you are getting great value there. its tempting. I like Dobbins for the price too. but he is coming off of injury. Etienne is in the same boat. coming back from LisFranc. its a bad injury but at the price of a 14th, I think hes worth the risk. I dont like Akers as much. he had a bad injury and came back late last year and didnt look good. You may wish to check camp reports before choosing to keep him (if hes your choice) Mooney is good value, but not in the ballpark as any of these guys above. I'd probably go Etienne, Harris, and Dobbins. but if you are not keen on any one of these guys, I'd sub in Mooney.

Go long 0 Posted August 25, 2022 I just found I have the 2nd pick in the draft and will either take CMC, Ekeler or Harris as Henry and JT are kept. Jefferson, Kupp and Chase are also kept. Do I now keep Mooney and throw back Dobbins or Akers? Leaning keeping Cam.

Akers is a better talent than Dobbins. so better upside. both coming off major injuries but Akers injury is more serious than Dobbins. I'd check the camp reports before keeping Akers, but if it all checks out, yeah I'd drop dobbins and keep Mooney. no need for that many RB's when you can have an impact WR instead. I have not checked out the Akers situation in detail as my keeper league situation is such, that I have other priorities. but hes still slotted to be the #1 in LA. if they had concerns about his ability to perform I guess they would have traded or signed someone by now. but do a check anyhow. its only prudent to do so. Sometimes teams wont report these things until they acquire the guy to replace him and the Rams have shown they can operate this way so you need to know there is still risks with Akers. good news is the price is cheap so if it doesn't work out its not a draft killer.
