Title Game options

So latest blurb from our website:

The final stats for week 17 have been processed now, and your league standings have been updated. The stats do not include the partial game stats from the Monday night Bengals-Bills game since the NFL declared that the game will not be played this week. Should the NFL reschedule this game at a later date those stats will be applied to that week.

 

Couple options I came up with if the game is NOT played at a later date:

Option 1:  Call it a tie.  Would split 1st and 2nd place money.

Option 2:  If NFL announces game will not be made up, and this happens BEFORE the Bills week 18 game starts, whatever Stephon Diggs scores in week 18 will be his point total for week 17.

Open to any other suggestions.

My home league has this same issue, 1 team has joe burrow and the other team has Josh Allen and they are separated by 0.06 points.

I have no idea what to do as the commish.

 

From my understanding is that in most leagues the loser is conceding if it is obvious. If it is not obvious who the winner would be then splitting the pot is probably the second best option.

Ya... I'm inclined to call it a tie and split the pot... $150 each if they don't play those specific game.

Coin flip is fine by me.  I'm easy.

Yeah I think it could screw one of us... playing different defense etc...

I think to be fair... we go tie... split the pot.. coin flip next year for last in the forking line for picks.

Of course someone will get screwed. But fine make it tie, don't matter to me.

Since both Kat Fancy and Sweatermeats are in agreement on calling it a tie, that is what we will go with.   A coin flip will determine draft position for the 11th and 12th spot.

all other games played that week will use the scores the website gave them for the week.

This is only if the NFL does not reschedule the Bengals/Bills game.

They canceled the game and zeroed out all scores for that game.  It really was up to that game so I'm good with the tie guys.
