Where to buy pokemon singles

Where should I buy pokemon singles online to build decks for my kids. I want to mostly buy cheaper commons/uncommons but i want to buy 4x for each card.  I have looked at pokemon but finding these cheaper cards is not quick.

Awesome! have fun. When I was opening packs this was how I sold my commons and uncommon. It's a great way to build a collection.

It is a waste of money to buy single packs at retail price. It is 4.25 for 10 cards. That 30 dollars would have gotten my kids 70 cards and instead they get 950 cards.

 

We have a local shop that sells rares at ebay prices. My kids took their allowance money there and each got ~10 rare pokemon in the 1 dollar range of a few different types, fire, water, etc. They are kids, not tournament players. They want tons of decks that they design and this allows them to do that cheaply.

I feel ya. The kids are what matter, spend as much time as you can with them. It goes fast.

I always loved opening pack and seeing what I got. It's a gambling thing. But you're right the very best and cheapest way is to just buy the singles you want instead of chasing cards.

 

When your kids are super into it buy a box and have an opening party.

One moved out and is living with his girlfriend in town. He'll likely never leave this area. Another is at home and restructuring his life. The other is off at college and overly dramatic today about a simple car repair I could do with a crescent wrench.
