It would not have been an indictment, he’s indicted for knowingly keeping these. That is hard to prove…unless you talk about them on tape with people after a subpoena.

They erased servers as part of process of updating tech is their story. They cooperated with the investigation. That was the argument. Again Comey laid it all out in detail.

Trump did not cooperate, kept his little keepsakes and hoarded documents, had his pool cleaner moving them around, and was then dumb enough to talk about it on tape. He is a moron.
