Billboard question

I have a photo of a friend of mine from the 1990s where he is decked out in black pants, an nWo tshirt with a goofy grin on his face.  I want to buy time on a billboard near his residence where i can display this photo.  Is this doable or are billboards for commercial use only?

Depends on the state for sure...  Plus I have heard that they aren't cheap either, but again, depends on the state...

The billboards should have the name of the media company on them.  Look them up and give them a call to find out what you can do.  It's been years since I've used billboards for advertising.  Usually you pay for a certain amount of time for it to be up and it will stay up after your contracted time until they sell that spot to another business.  It's not cheap.

 Yes. I know , but you have to be very careful with what you say. Pictures are fine if yo give a number to call if you know anything about his disappearance and there is a reward if you find him. Small type with a number not in service. Ever. There are many.
