Ekeler vs Bijan

I had the option for Kupp at 7 in my 12 man. Chose Chubb instead cause Kupps injury worries me. I KNOW Chubb is going to be a stud and get even more touches this year since Hunt is gone. Bijan fell to me in the 2nd so I took him. Was gonna get a WR in the 3rd but Aaron Jones fell to me in the 3rd. Took Mark Andrews in the 4th so I have a stud at TE. Literally have 4 studs on my team with my WRs being mid but they’ll get me double digits in PPR. I got DJ Moore and Brandon Aiyuk as my 2 main WRs. Not the greatest but Moore has the upside to be a WR1 and I like Aiyuk better this year than Deebo. Especially in PPR

Andrews probably wasn’t a good pick

No that’s a MAJOR lie  2nd best TE in the league and just a step down from Kelce. No other TE in the league can you put in your lineup and not have to worry about production. He’s a stud and everyone knows it

well, the team never had much in the way of WR before.    Odell Beckham is a target hog and if he can still play he will get some of the throws that would normally go to Andrews.

and his superpower is he has a real nice catch radius and will out jump whoever is covering him for the ball.    this will make him (at the very least) a good red zone target even if he loses a step due to the ACL surgeries.

so that will likely affect some of the TD's Andrews will get too.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out once the regular season starts.

He’s still the 2nd best TE. I mean you can make the same argument for Kelce to regress. Guy is older and Mahomes didn’t have a single receiver last year besides him. This year they have more :dunno: But I know Mahomes will throw to Kelce a lot just like Lamar will throw to Andrews a lot. These two TEs are the only ones you can set in your lineup and not worry about. The fact that Worms tried saying he isn’t a good pick is straight up asinine

3, I'd add Hockenson. You could argue 4 if ya trust Waller stays healthy.

I’d say Hock and Waller are in a tier below Andrews. Kelce is in his own tier lol

Waller is the guy I am targetting in my big money auction league (if I can get him at a reasonable price)

“Asinine”? We’re all entitled to opinions here.

Kelce is in a class he himself. No one else even remotely compares, and that includes Andrews.

Before last year Andrews was in the same class or close but that simply is not the case anymore.

Last year:

- Kelce: 110 catches, 1338 yards, 12 TDs, 316.3 pts PPR

- Andrews: 73 catches, 847 yards, 5 TDs, 190.5 pts PPR

Andrews was TE4 last year with Hockenson and Kittle in front of him.

Basically it’s Kelce and everyone else, but you spent a fourth round pick on one of the “everyone else” guys when you still hadn’t even drafted your WR1.

To me that is a dumb pick. Maybe Andrews surprises this year and returns to 2021 form (the only year he was even remotely close to what Kelce can do). In that case I would be wrong. But that’s my opinion and I’m sticking to it :dunno:

He was TE4 with missing games  That right there tells you how much better he is. So yes, it’s asinine. Stick to pretending to be a lawyer cause fantasy football ain’t it for you

If you can’t handle critique, maybe you should keep your ff drafts to yourself :dunno:

Critiquing and making outrageous asinine claims are two different things

Well that’s the thing about critique: it’s just opinion, and you don’t have to accept it. A mature person is able to understand that

A mature person also doesn’t keep acting like a baby after being told that his opinion is a dumb one

In the mock drafts, he's been available sometimes in the 6th and 7th of redraft 10 team leagues. It's such a challenge to pass on him in the 7th round.
