BunnysBastatrds 1,920 Posted October 18, 2023 There is zero to little theft during my shifts. That I can actually see. Or detect when the censors don’t go off. No blatant walkouts. Like just carrying merchandise out the door. After a few months of doing this, I can sense who is who, as I am also the greeter. Every employee has a wakie talkie. I invented my own code for all the departments. They respond quickly. My theft log has been down to almost 90% of all the others who do the same job. Management pulled me in for a meeting and asked why. After explaining my strategy they were like, interesting ideas and concepts. I had no instances of theft as the woman whoo worked the morning shift had a dozen. Just myself on the bottom. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
