Phase 1 is definitely when you want to get in. Hopefully they have several options. I definitely want ocean view, maybe 3 bedrooms, 3 baths. 

It could be a nice rental property as well. Hopefully they'll put some restaurants within walking distance.

So the first thing they need to do when they get there is form an official Garbage Patch government. Here are the candidates on the ballot: Hamas.
