Uh, what do you think drives the national numbers?  I think you missed the memo on what you’re supposed to say, you’re supposed to say Trump deporting the criminal illegal aliens and bringing the National Guard in to pick up trash is what reduced crime in the big cities.

 

This did remind me of when digby claimed like 5 US cities were responsible for the majority of murders in the entire world.  Lol, I get a chuckle every time I think of that.
