Anyone remember Fernwood Tonight and America Tonight? Hilarious shows from my youth.

My late Brother loved Fernwood and everything that it spawned.  (The two Canadians?) , SuperDave, Mr Bill? , Gumby, Pee Wee...  ***

I wasn't as much a fan, but it made  him smile.  And as such, a grateful fan to this day.

* I know some of these are SNL spawned. - The whole Oevere.

I saw Martin Mull in the mid-70's opening for someone at The Troubadour in L.A (can't remember the headliner)

He was hilarious and I do remember this song from his set:

Martin Mull - Jesus Is Easy (1975)

🎶I tried women oh how I tried 'em

I took little boys in leather suits outside and had 'em tied

I tried a poodle, a collie, Kookla Fran & Ollie

But Mary in the manger's got me satisfied

Jesus is easy just get down on your knees

He's everywhere

Jesus Christ, he's everywhere🎶
