That hasn't stopped Kansas City Chiefs star Patrick Mahomes, arguably the most recognizable face of the league, from skirting the rule in recent years. Now the reigning Super Bowl champion is at it again, filming a new Coors Light commercial ... that will be buried in a time capsule, only to be unveiled once he eventually retires from football. So 1. It seems kind of stupid that a league that has always had beer partnerships doesn't allow it's players to promote alcohol? I never knew that or really thought about it. 2. How is he getting around this? If it was JUST a press release or something that teased him shooting a commercial to be placed in a time capsule, I could see how that gets around the rules.... but it seems to be an actual commercial anyway. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
