I am not aware of anything he CAN do. I surmise that Hochul will seek to put someone in place who will elevate the criminals above American citizens. If they do, and the state/city continue to protect dangerous criminals so they can harm good people then I think ICE and the DOJ need to take what ever actions are available to hold the leaders of that state culpable.
