They simply ruled that the parents did not have standing, not on the actual merits of the lawsuit.  Once someone with standing sues, then it becomes a problem for the left.

Ridiculous ruling.   Why do parents in a school thst has such policy not have standing?  Standing is a lame excuse that is used way too often to avoid making decisions.

The parents who sued couldn't show how they would be affected by the new policy.  That's all.  So the Justices ruled on that, not the merits of the case.

SCOTUS seems to be staying consistent with their position on abortion, saying this is too contentious an issue to make a federal precedent for, much like I expect they'll do in supporting Tennessee's ban.

If you don't like this law in Wisconsin, and you shouldn't, you are free to move to a state which recognizes the importance of parental involvement in gender-denying issues.

I have a normal kid thank focking god. I would be furious if some teacher at school convinced him he was a girl and then tried to keep it from me.

Teachers are a child's guide for 8 hours a day. To think they would not have a large influence on kids is stupid and part of the problem. Douches like you try to downplay the problem by making it sound like this is not happening and that the parents are over reacting.

Confidence in a bad situation, hiding valuable info about a parents child is simply a wicked system, that’s getting worse, and will continue to do so under the dumpster.

Now Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior, that’s were you should be putting your confidence in, not a system set on destroying family, and kids, which is one today’s school systems seem set on doing.   I blame parents for this , because many keep having confidence in this system so they don’t need to patent their children, sad.
