When the economy collapses as Tim says it will

This is wrong. I say it will be very bad because that’s what every economist I can find tells me. I don’t think we will collapse.

What people fail to acknowledge is that every single country is in debt. The US is paying over $1 trillion/ year on interest alone.

Without doing anything drastic, the entire world would begin defaulting while printing tons of money to stave off the default. Who would shoulder the inflation and debt payments? Those farthest from the money printer, and those who don't own the debt.

Who is all of this debt owed to? The banks. Who owns the banks? That's Who has been pushing for to bankrupt everyone. It's a slowish process so it's hard to see, but once you notice it you can't unsee it.

That's who is really behind all the crap that Trump has to undo.

Something I deal with a lot IRL is lack of labor. This is a widespread problem across most, if not all industries. We can't hire enough people to work the factory jobs that are still in the U.S. Where is the labor coming from (especially skilled labor, which is even tougher to find) as we ramp up these beautiful new manufacturing facilities?

We've become an incredibly lazy, spoiled and entitled country.

That's part of it, sure. Unlike many here I don't pretend I'm a macroeconomics expert. But even my layman's eyes are telling me it's about more than laziness and entitlement. There are elements of cultural and generational shift, business and labor relations, distrust of longstanding institutions, the historic wealth gap, the list goes on forever.

Sadly our current leadership is grossly incompetent and will almost certainly make all of it worse.

We haven't really had decent leadership for a long time.  Biden wasn't a leader.  Harris was not going to be a leader.  We keep electing the worse people.

Might be helpful if our political parties did their jobs instead of foisting also-rans, has-beens and never was types on us every election. I will never forgive Democrats Biden/Harris, or the GOP for MAGA.

Does anyone care about who you forgive for your mental illness or not?
