So they are true.....but you consider them "theatre"....interesting, is there anything about his criminal activity that you do not consider <ahem>...."theatre"?   Would it help if say,,,,oh I dont know....these accusations were made against....uhmmmm.....Ron Desantis?  Would THAT may these activities suddenly......worthy of scorn?

Take it up with yourself buddy, you said it:

His prior court designation for deportation due to him being seen as a criminal on October 10, 2019 is all we need to know..... anything past that is pure political theatre

Answer my question.   Would it move from "theatre" to "legitimate" if we could accuse Ron Desantis of this same stuff?  Or Trump?  Would that make you suddenly care?

No, I would feel the same way if we learned Ron Desantis was in the country illegally.  I’d say deport him, don’t waste tax dollars on a show trial

Please good sir, quote me a line from his lawyers admitting he was in MS-13.

I’ll wait.

Hint: The line “a main rival gang of MS-13” was not stated by his lawyers.

But.....I was not talking about deportation.....I was talking about the additional elements about him that we later discovered after his deportation order....and which you called "theatre".

Well, if you then believe that such behaviors are simply "theatre" as you put it, then by extension you would accept it from anyone....right? Or....is it just in THIS case, because you think it gives your position some teeth?

They used it as part of their defense, if you want to pretend their usage that a "rival gang" statement is not admission, that is another example of you pretending proof is not proof, as you always do.  You have proof.....   but that proof refutes your position, so you just pretend it away.  Meanwhile, the outcomes of your ignorance only hurt others.....for now so you have no reason to hold an actual moral position...fock everyone else, right?

Not economic hardship.....they could have tried that..

Not even the "preponderance of gang-related violence".....nope....

They stated......a RIVAL......gang.......you stupid and insipid little sh!t....defending such trash is exactly why the democrat party should just evaporate.....

You lazy sack of sh!t.

If you actually read the court documents, his lawyers didn't say anything about Barrio-18 being a main rival of MS-13.  That was never argued in court.

His lawyers didn’t say that, the media article did. And even they didn’t say that’s WHY he claimed he shouldn’t be deported.  They said he was threatened by Barrio-18, COMMA (separate thought), a “main rival of MS-13”

I wonder how many pages a thread will have about "Due Process" for deporting illegals when a Democrat President does it.  🤔

Oh wait, we know... 0.  Biden deported 5M people and we can't name a single one of them.  Weird, huh?

Did they ever deport someone to a country a judge specifically told them not to deport him to, then initially refuse to bring the person back until receiving widespread backlash?

It was proposed by the focking defense and it was because they proposed it that the judge was asked to not allow him to be deported there.  Dont try this....

Proposed meaning they mentioned that he was being threatened by a gang? If so, that in itself doesn't mean he is gang member (which he has repeatedly denied).

You posted an article where the author added it.  The ACTUAL source is the court document, which is here: https://wearecasa.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/Kilmar-Abrego-Garcia-filing.pdf

The line about the rival gang is not in the court document, it was not argued in court.

You got played son.

The question is are you man enough to admit it or are you gonna continue to throw slurs....

RLLD read in the article about a "rival" gang, and assumed that was argued in court, but it actually wasn't as evidenced by the court document.  He got got.

Considering how many times he doubled down on the Biden economy being the worst economy of everyone;s lifetime I wouldn't expect anything different here.

And of course the new "Trump" economy is doing much better.

You don't think it's odd that a judge never stepped in before, but now all of a sudden, they are?

I'm ok with the deportations, why would I care if a Democrat is deporting them?  Apparently, only Democrats are having a problem NOW, all of a sudden.  Almost as if it's purely political.

Did the Biden admin ignore due process like the current admin? Nope.

There's your answer. It IS political; your guy doesn't like following the law.

LOL, so you have a link that shows all 5M people Biden deported and the "due process" he followed?

You also have a link that shows all of the people the Trump deported and the "due process" he followed and/or did not follow, right?  Because in his last term, he did things the "legal" way and it worked... so now he's doing it the "illegal" way, just for kicks, right?

If Joe Biden sent illegals to an El Salvador prison including someone who was ordered not to be sent to El Salvador, I would have a problem with it.

Garcia detailing his torture at CECOT

120. Upon arrival at CECOT, the detainees were greeted by a prison official who stated,

“Welcome to CECOT. Whoever enters here doesn’t leave.” Plaintiff Abrego Garcia was then

forced to strip, issued prison clothing, and subjected to physical abuse including being kicked in

the legs with boots and struck on his head and arms to make him change clothes faster. His head

was shaved with a zero razor, and he was frog-marched to cell 15, being struck with wooden batons

along the way. By the following day, Plaintiff Abrego Garcia had visible bruises and lumps all

over his body.

121. In Cell 15, Plaintiff Abrego Garcia and 20 other Salvadorans were forced to kneel

from approximately 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with guards striking anyone who fell from exhaustion.

During this time, Plaintiff Abrego Garcia was denied bathroom access and soiled himself. The

detainees were confined to metal bunks with no mattresses in an overcrowded cell with no

windows, bright lights that remained on 24 hours a day, and minimal access to sanitation.

122. After approximately one week at CECOT, prison director Osiris Luna and other

officials separated the 21 Salvadorans who had arrived together. Twelve individuals with visible

gang-related tattoos were moved to another cell, while Plaintiff Abrego Garcia remained with eight

others who, like him, upon information and belief had no gang affiliations or tattoos.

123. As reflected by his segregation, the Salvadoran authorities recognized that Plaintiff

Abrego Garcia was not affiliated with any gang and, at around this time, prison officials explicitly

acknowledged that Plaintiff Abrego Garcia’s tattoos were not gang-related, telling him “your

tattoos are fine.”

124. While at CECOT, prison officials repeatedly told Plaintiff Abrego Garcia that they

would transfer him to the cells containing gang members who, they assured him, would “tear” him

apart.

125. Indeed, Plaintiff Abrego Garcia repeatedly observed prisoners in nearby cells who

he understood to be gang members violently harm each other with no intervention from guards or

personnel. Screams from nearby cells would similarly ring out throughout the night without any

response from prison guards on personnel.

126. During his first two weeks at CECOT, Plaintiff Abrego Garcia suffered a significant

deterioration in his physical condition and lost approximately 31 pounds (dropping from

approximately 215 pounds to 184 pounds).

127. On April 9, Plaintiff Abrego Garcia and four others were transferred to a different

module in CECOT, where they were photographed with mattresses and better food—photos that

appeared to be staged to document improved conditions.

128. On or about April 10, 2025, Plaintiff Abrego Garcia was transferred alone to the

Centro Industrial prison facility in Santa Ana, El Salvador.

129. While at Centro Industrial, Plaintiff Abrego Garcia was frequently hidden from

visitors, being told to remain in a separate room whenever outside visitors came to the facility.

130. During his entire time in detention in El Salvador, Plaintiff Abrego Garcia was

denied any communication with his family and access to counsel until Senator Van Hollen visited

him on April 17, 2025.

BREAKING: In an amended lawsuit, Kilmar Abrego Garcia alleges that he was tortured inside the El Salvador prison where Trump sent him to.

According to the filing, Abrego Garcia endured:

- Brutal beatings

- Extreme sleep deprivation

- Forced kneeling from 9 PM to 6 AM — where guards beat detainees who collapsed from exhaustion. He was denied bathroom access and defecated on himself.

- Starvation-level nutrition

- Psychological torture, including threats of gang violence

- Told he would be torn apart by gang members

This is just one account. There may be more.
