Trump demands Walmart "EAT THE TARIFFS" and threatens the company

Recommended Posts

“It’s WalMart and Biden’s fault!” 🤣

Get a clue. Trump doesn’t care about America, and he doesn’t care about you. He cares about himself. And gullible rubes would give one guy power like this. That cuck chair must be really comfortable lol.

Wal Mart excuse to price gouge! Fock them and they aren't as big as they think they are with online shopping and etc. I do get a kick of people from out of town bring their whole family into mine on the weekends. They act like they are in Disney World.

Every day I say the same thing, but…so embarrassing. How did we ever choose this imbecile to be our President?? How did we ever choose this imbecile to be our President TWICE??

Ask the question again, but this time look in the mirror while doing it.

Companies used the same excuses to raise prices during Covid, except they never lowered prices after Covid.

Liberals apparently hate billionaires but don't expect them to take a hit?

GET YOUR DAMN STORIES RIGHT PEDOCRATS!

Remember inflation and grocery prices and the libs cried price gouging?

Anyone upset with Walmart prices needs to ask themselves what life choices they made that they're forced to shop there.

Walmart or Amazon or Target or Mom and Pops stores aren’t going to eat tariffs because Dumbass asks them 😂

Remember the other counties are paying these!

Why is Trump asking them to eat tariffs if everything is under control. These tariffs were to be paid for by other countries?

“Between Walmart and China, they should, as is said, EAT THE TARIFFS,” and not charge valued customers anything.”

Not sure where you are getting this from.

If elected president, Kamala Harris has stated she would prioritize lowering costs for Americans and has proposed several initiatives related to controlling prices, particularly in the areas of food and prescription drugs.
1. Federal Ban on Price Gouging:
  • Harris plans to work with Congress to enact the first-ever federal ban on price gouging for food and groceries.
  • This ban would target companies that exploit crises and unfairly raise prices on essential goods during emergencies or times of crisis.
  • The ban aims to prevent corporations from taking advantage of consumers and setting excessively high prices, especially during times of hardship.
  • The plan would empower the Federal Trade Commission and state attorneys general to investigate and penalize companies engaged in price gouging.
2. Lowering Prescription Drug Costs:
  • Harris supports expanding the Inflation Reduction Act's $35 insulin price cap for Medicare recipients to cover all Americans, regardless of insurance coverage.
  • She also plans to extend the $2,000 annual cap on out-of-pocket prescription drug costs for Medicare beneficiaries to all Americans, including those with private insurance.
  • Her plan includes negotiating lower drug prices directly with pharmaceutical companies and increasing transparency and competition in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Harris also intends to crack down on pharmaceutical middlemen who engage in practices that drive up drug costs.
3. Addressing Housing Costs:
  • Harris has proposed measures to make housing more affordable, including building 3 million new housing units over the next four years and providing down payment assistance to first-time homebuyers.
  • Her plan also includes tax incentives for builders to construct "starter homes" and preventing Wall Street investors from buying homes in bulk to resell at a premium.
It's important to note:
  • Some economists have expressed concerns that these price control measures could have unintended consequences, such as creating shortages or reducing product quality.
  • Others argue that these measures are necessary to protect consumers from corporate greed and ensure access to essential goods and services at reasonable prices.
  • The specific details and implementation of these policies would likely be subject to debate and negotiation in Congress if Harris were elected president.

Your stuff from other counties is going to cost more because of the tariffs. Companies aren’t going to “eat the cost”.

Why is this so hard 😂

They are telling people prices are going up because there is suddenly a fee that wasn’t there before (Hint:It’s the tariff) on the stuff. That stuff is also going to cost more with other retailers.

I wouldn't bet against Trump and to many other options beside Wal Mart like you mention. Lot of Trump supporters go to Wal Mart, Trump says the word Wal Mart will lose money fast. Anyhow I miss my 24/7 Wal Mart and don't care for it now.

Is it in the country's best interests to pay higher prices for everyday goods?

High prices affect more Americans than Pepe and Lupe washing dishes at the taqueria.

Nope. If they all do that you can come back and say "I told you so" but I won't hold my breath on seeing that. 😁
