Former White House doctor refuses to answer questions as House Republican probe Biden’s health

Recommended Posts

Poor liberals getting called out and hiding.

More to come....

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Joe Biden's former White House physician refused on Wednesday to answer questions as part of the House Republican investigation into Biden's health in office.

Dr. Kevin O'Connor invoked his rights under the Fifth Amendment during a closed-door interview with the House Oversight Committee, his attorney and lawmakers said.

Republicans on the Oversight Committee subpoenaed O'Connor last month as part of a their sweeping investigation into Biden's health and his mental fitness as president. They claim some policies carried out during Biden's term through the use of the White House autopen may be illegitimate if it's proven the Democrat was mentally incapacitated for some of his term.

One of the biggest scandals in US History.  People should be charged with treason and supporters should never be allowed to vote.

It makes Watergate look like child's play. It tops Chappaquiddick as well.

Obama sending pallets of cash to Iran?

The suppression of Hunter's laptop?

Killary's server?

Democrats cheating in the polls in 2020?

It's definitely up there and in the mix.

It may be that O'Connor invoked his rights under the Fifth Amendment because he was concerned that what he might say would be a breach of Doctor Patient confidentiality and a disclosure of a patient's medical treatment and history, both of which might lead to criminal charges being filed against him and loss of his medical license.

A.K.A. liberal coverup of severe wrong doing that put this nation at incredible risk. Glad you see it.

The FBI needs to bring that doctor into a special room and "convince" him to want to come clean on the public record.

I don’t trust the FBI. Maybe General Flynn can bring in some pipe hitters.

If that were true, he could have simply invoked that privilege. But he did something else.

A key question, by way of example...

“When Joe Biden’s doctor was asked under oath whether he had ever been instructed to lie about Joe Biden’s health, he pleaded the Fifth,” Comer posted on the social platform X. “When questioned under oath about whether he believed Biden was fit to serve, he again pleaded the Fifth.”

So then.....this question would have nothing to do with patient/doctor privilege....and yet.....he would not answer out of fear of self incrimination.....

Think about that for a sec, before you start your rhythm of mindlessly protecting Democrats.

100%.  This is a BIG deal. We literally had an unelected junta/cabal making decisions in place of a sitting US President.  This absolutely one of the biggest scandals in US History as this is akin to a coup.

And to think they thought TRUMP was trying to do that - THEY F'N ACTUALLY DID!
