Two 2nd year WRs, can 1 be a stud in this year?

It was actually a trick question.  Player B is Tyreek Hill.  I was curious to see if anyone would say no to both when we know the results of one of them.

Listening to Siriusxm, guys were doing this with callers to see how people reacted.  The hosts would give 2 players with similar numbers in similar situations and ask what they thought the odds were off success for both players.  One of the two were always an established veteran, be it someone who was a stud or a dude.

Curious to see how people here would participate.  Clearly, not many people were interested in the exercise.  LOL

Take the trick question out of the equation  and the 2nd year is when most WR breakout.  There are some 2nd year WR I think are flying under the radar that I'm willing to take  a chance on that will get overshadowed by some rookies.

I like both.  The down side I see with Washington is there are a lot of mouths to feed in Miami. I really like Wilson but the big question is does Aaron Rogers like him?

100%. I have both in Dynasty leagues, I doubt I'd touch them in redraft but they'll probably be a nice waiver wire addition for someone later in the season

I think they view malik as a gadget guy in miami.  This will sound crazy, but I'd be more worried about one of my off-season favs a few years ago erik ezukanma.  My opinion... He's better than malik, but he doesn't have the draft pedigree so he is viewed as useless trash.

I think Malik's value depends solely on Tyreek. I picked him up for free in Dynasty in hopes that Tyreek was traded this off-season. Unfortunately that never happened but he's still a strong hold IMO. That may very well still happen, Tyreek is crazy. 

The same applied for Roman Wilson/Pickens. The moves really didn't cost me.

Washington will have an occasional big game, but lack consistency. Certainly wouldn't want to start him in playoff weeks. With all the receiving options, he'll get lost in the shuffle the way Waddle has in recent years - though Waddle's stats might improve some as Hill continues descending. 

Washington was mass-targeted down the stretch because Tua was coming back from yet another concussion, the o-line was broken, and they game-planned to get the ball out as fast as humanely possible. The second half of the season was mostly short throws to the slot Wr (Washington), the Te and Achane. Tua's intended air yards/ att .... lowest in the NFL at 5.7 yds, and a career low which in past years hovered around 8 yds. 

I don't think that's gonna carry over to this year - not that o-line is all that, but should be slightly improved and Tua has had a full year to recover from the concussion. I wouldn't be drafting Washington at any price in re-draft.

I forgot to mention that there are signs Ez is a head case beyond the fact that he's been injured a lot. 

Being a head case has murdered a lot of careers.

I would tend to agree.   not by any means a slam dunk.   hes one of those guys who could be 1200 yards and a handful of TD or he could be 700-900 yards and fit into WR3 territory.

but the potential is there.    and hes got a better offensive coach than he had last year.

and we likely only know of the ones who had big public blowouts.  for each one of them there are probably one or two more we dont hear about.
