Well now it seems like you're moving the goalposts. I did not look at how the question in the poll was asked. I assumed it was worded in a way, or was in the context of, satisfaction with current politics, or the "direction of the country."

If you're claiming it was just a vague "are you more or less satisfied with literally everything in your life" type of question, in which case it's a stupid poll, as those circumstances will literally never exist.

I'm not sure how one could be paying attention and answer yes, unless one believes every word from the wrong infotainment sources, is satisfied with "lib tears" being the most pressing agenda item, or is a fascist (often pretending not to be).

It's only taken 7 months for damn near everything that anti-Trumpers have been warning about for years to either become reality or for definitive steps to be taken toward those outcomes. He wants control of everything, and is slowly taking it. If you can't refuse to see that, it's on you. Saying I'm part of a hive mind is just deflection to make you feel better. Hopefully it does.

Perhaps, and just humor me here, Dems (among many others) are just paying attention to what's going on and hate it? Where you see illegals deported, I see it being done via un-American tactics. Where you see "judicial overreach" I see a POTUS that thinks his word is law. Where you see Trump "telling it like it is" I see an authoritarian trying, out in the open, to convince his voters that authoritarianism, under him, is appropriate via dehumanizing labels and speech. Where you see the "truth" being reported, I see the truth being covered up.

I just bought a house for my dad so he has a safe place nearby to spend his twilight years, so I've been spending more time with him recently. He's bright red Republican, but not necessarily MAGA. I see what he considers "news." It's a sad joke. He's grossly uninformed, mostly has no idea what is going on, and flat refuses to listen to anything negative that I bring up to him. He seems representative of most righties that think they're paying attention. He was LIVID the day after J6. Now it's "no big deal." 

This is what many of the right's chosen information sources have done. You won't agree, and that's fine. But it's pretty clear to me that many of y'all just refuse to see what is going on. The truly sad thing is that if Obama or Biden had done any of the same crap, most of the same crew hailing this loser as "FATHER" would be ready to grab a rifle and hit the streets in protest. The big difference is that I'd join them, not accuse them of BDS.
