This may be one of the dumbest things you've ever said, and that's saying a lot.

You never explained how the evidence used to justify the attack was actually blown up in the attack.  That is one of the dumbest things ever posted on this board.

Please explain how it’s possible they had evidence before blowing up the boat but don’t have it now.

Evidence comes in many forms.  They had intelligence.  If the intelligence is high confidence they act on it.  Just like when  they blow up terrorists.  They don't take their picture first and ask TimHauck and GutterAlias if they're ok with blowing up the person in the picture.  HTH

Thanks for confirming we didn’t blow up the evidence then.  If we had enough intelligence to blow up the boat, we shouldn’t allow these survivors to simply go free.

Exactly.  They should be tried for their crimes against America.

Unless of course we don't have that intelligence.

Well that was a facetious lighthearted post because we blew up the boat.  I'm sure we blew up SOME evidence.  That doesn't mean we don't have intelligence that dictated our action of blowing up the boat in the first place.  But I get it.  You always look for some semantic argument for a "gotcha.".  It's tiring and getting old though.  Grow a sense of humor along with some critical thinking skills.  You'd find life a lot more enjoyable if you did.

If you have enough evidence to militarily attack a ship you have enough evidence:

- to interrogate.

- to detain.

- to interdict the ship in international waters or those of a foreign nation.

- to interdict in domestic waters.

- to seize property.

- to charge criminally.

You suck at humor if that was supposed to be a joke.

I don’t think they need to ask @TimHauck for permission. However they ARE supposed to consult with Congress, specifically with John Thune, Chuck Schumer, Mike Johnson, and Hakan Jeffries. They’re supposed to meet with these 4 in a closed room and present their evidence prior to any use of our military. This is the way it’s always been done throughout our history. There is not a single President who did not do this until now.

You know who hasn't whined about this?  Venezuela.  You'd think if they thought these were just innocent fishermen or something that they would have filed some sort of complaint or at least commented on it but I haven't seen that.

Update?  Have you seen it yet?

We don’t blow up boats off Miami because 25% of the time suspicion is wrong.

We shouldn’t do it off Venezuela either. These are small outboards with no fentanyl and no path to Florida.

We can’t just kill indiscriminately because we are not at war. It’s summary execution!

Everyone gets a trial because sometimes, the system gets it wrong.

Even the worst of the worst in our country get due process.

The bottom line is that execution without process is not justice, and blowing up foreign ships is a recipe for chaos.

So because I wrote his first name wrong, that’s your response. No rebuttal to the main point which is that once again your argument was completely flawed. This is why nobody takes you seriously.
