No. This is statement time. Blow them the fock up if they keep sending drug ships our way. And maybe, just maybe, they'll stop sending them until the next creepy Joe gets in office and opens the border again.

Statement time. Ok. This is probably consolidating popular support around Maduro & isn’t doing a damn thing to stanch the flow of drugs. The FBI has dismantled its unit fighting transnational organized crime. They’re basically running free right now.

It would be nice to make a serious point here. My guess is Maduro *is involved in drug running, & it would be nice & a really cool justification for attacking these ships if they proved some tie-in. But this administration isn’t doing that.

You're right that OCDETF is being shut down. Its hard to pinpoint a reason but the closest as I can tell.is that there's been some reshuffling and the work is being conducted through other agencies with overlapping responsibilities. Trump has made fighting the cartels a major policy position with Joint Task Force Alpha and Vulcan, again I can't find the reason why this group OCDETF, was deemed expendable and its mission given to these other divisions.
