glad they finally made a move for a veteran. Should have done it 2 weeks ago. I'm guessing this was the cheapest option and at 2-3 its kind of like "well lets see if Joe can win a few games and keep us in the hunt but if not it's a lost season".  at 2-0 they really should have been thinking "we can get through this at .500 until mid december."

sadly for the Jets I don't have the energy... they didn't hire the coach or gm that I wanted, or do what I wanted them to do at QB and I think it's going to be a very long 2-3 seasons. however long trash Woody Johnson gives them.

I admit I was jealous watching SNF seeing the Pats have a promising QB and an experienced HC.

Agreed. He can probably spark a passing game that has been dreadful though considering those weapons. Can he go 5-4 until Burrow can realistically be back? Again, a move should have been made prior to week 4

No.  Joe Burrow may not even go 5-4 over next 9.  But its probably more so to try and keep the WRs happy.  Not sure what Flaccos stats will look like with those 2.  But he could probably manage to get them more stats than what Browning was able to do.

I don’t think he has any chance to go 5-4 either but I do think bringing someone in after week 3, they would have had a realistic chance to go 5-6. At the very least it’s something that should have been attempted. Browning has not looked competent
