What Can You Do ?

Have a friend on FB that I don't even know much at all that wants to end his life, I told him people care and Christ cares and gave him the 988 number and told him just to talk to someone. What else can you do ?

I don't know him and accepted him as a friend like two months ago when he sent me a request. Today is his Birthday and wished him one earlier and then this public post a few hours later. Hoping he just had to much to drink.

If nothing else give him call and say he is a good guy.  Holidays are brutal for some & probably highest time for suicide.  Don't let him do it.

I hate to hear people feeling that way and guys might remember my post about 4 years back when my Cousin and very close friend took their lives with in two weeks apart.

No that is my cousin that took his life, not on his EX and they was broke up for years and both good after. But that is the EX this dude is with now and maybe she pissed him off today on his Birthday.I think this dude has issues before he meant her and really don't want to mention what else he said in his post.

Yea bothers me when people say that sh!t after dealing with it and losing people you was very close to in RL.I don't want anyone doing that and even people I don't know like him.

I'm good and just worried about him and can't get anymore involved cause he might be dangerous with other stuff he said. Thanks man and you are to for caring! Yes God Bless!

The worse thing one can do is nothing, get a hold of the cousin, and see if they know of family or friends that person might have, that could go see him, call the police , and make a report.   It’s a tough situation to be put into, but God has a plan, and it’s not just fir that guy.
