Back on point now that I've smacked Fnord around a bit.  My second favorite car was a Pontiac Grand Prix.   Dark red.   I rented one once when I was in Wisconsin and really liked it.   Ended up buying one.  Awesome car.  Second fave.

I've always wanted a BMW, since I was a kid.   Always outta my price range.  I mean I could afford one, but never wanted to drop that kinda coin.  I've never really been a "cool car"  fella.  They serve a purpose.   Currently driving a Honda Accord Hybrid.   I like it.  It isn't anything flashy, but I dig it.

What year? I really liked the ones from the late 60s -early 80s, before they turned it into more of a family car. Always heard good things about them.

I wanna say it was 2008.  Yeah..not the hot rod Grand Prix of yore...But still a great ride.

Yeah well, as we've covered before, the "hot rods" from the 70s were anything but. They looked the part, but lacked the punch.

LOL like my 4 cylinder 89 mustang.  Looked great, but with that puss ass engine it was nothing special.  But I liked it just fine

Had a 2004 Accord, brand new. Loved that car as well. Find them to be well appointed and a good value.

Yup.   What I was after.   And being a conservative, and therefore a planet destroying hater of others, I didn't buy the hybrid because of some desire to save the planet.  It had a little better HP and a larger screen.

Gas mileage is solid though.  50+ in the summer, drops down to about 35 in the winter.

So my favorite slut in high schools father had a cutlass supreme. But he only had one leg, his left, so he had an extra accelerator pedal to the left of the brake. Well, one night I was driving her home and she started giving me head on a pretty curvy road. I kept tapping the accelerator by accident, I was all over the road. I came.

The person I'm carpooling with had to rent a car. He was given a Mitsubishi Outlander. What a piece of junk. 8/10 from Car and Driver. Can't trust that publication at all.

American cars > foreign. Play a little game. When you are driving, count how many 15 year old + American cars you see. Then look at how many European and Asian cars there are. Older American cars last better than other manufacturers, and you can beat on them more.

Audis are really great cars, but impractical if you’re driving in the tri state area. The roads suck and Audis are too low to the ground.
