Locations of Celebrations

Celebrations have been reported in cities with large Venezuelan communities across several continents. 

• North America: The most significant gathering is in Doral, a city in South Florida home to the largest Venezuelan community in the United States. Hundreds gathered outside the popular restaurant El Arepazo, waving flags, chanting "Liberty!", and banging pots and pans.
• South America: Venezuelan migrants in Chile's capital, Santiago, gathered to celebrate, honking horns and waving flags. Similar celebrations also occurred in Lima, Peru, near the Venezuelan Embassy.
• Europe: In Spain, a key country for the Venezuelan diaspora, dozens gathered at the Puerta del Sol in Madrid, dancing, singing the national anthem, and shouting for a "free Venezuela".
