It’s clear as day from the video she tried to drive off when the Ice agent grabbed the door to her car, not trying to run someone over.

I can’t say whether she hit the agent or if he was justified in firing. All I can say for sure is that Noem is a complete embarrassment.

Actually watching it again I don’t think it’s that officer that shot her that’s in the hospital. If you watch a guy towards the back, looks like he hurt his knee or something, but I don’t think it’s the guy that shot her. It’s a different officer.

This officer is not a murderer, she tried to run him over. There's no debating that 

There's no chance that he's charged with that shooting. That's a clean shoot all day everyday
