No, all they have to determine is whether or if the officer feared for his life. 

She tried to run him over, it's on video, the Dyke "Wife" encouraged it. You can even hear him a yelling Drive Baby, Drive Drive Drive. 

That's pre-meditated. If she had followed instructions and stopped, she's still be alive. 

She's 100% at fault. The officer is now suing her Dyke "wife" for telling her to hit him.

A jury should and will decide if he had reasonable cause to fire that kill shot into the side of her head as she was driving away.
