Excellent shot.

Hard to miss from point blank range with a federally issued weapon. It was murder.

Good lord, how awful. If we have a free country still he’ll be charged with manslaughter or homicide.

Except that pic is after she hit him, she's already past him.

It was a life saving measure and that was the reason he had the weapon in the first place.

Excellent shot on a person who was attempting murder.

It’s a tragedy about the spouse, but the other agent was also pulling at her handle.

That’s what they call a bad fact for the agent.

A chimp high on crack could make that shot. Again the fact that he was point blank is bad for the agent.

Arguably the agent panicked as much as she did, that’s what gets it to manslaughter or negligent homicide.

Her panicking caused that guy to have to shoot her dead before she killed innocents.

She lost her head, and because of it, she lost her head. I feel bad for the agent.

Ross probably has a long & proud history of fighting bad guys. I thank him for his service, but really he shouldn’t have been in that situation. Iirc Mike pointed out Ross was part of immigration’s tactical unit. Iirc he also had just emerged from a prior shooting. He’s supposed to be chasing felons, not moms.

The independent autopsy found there were three clear gunshots on Good's body, one to her left forearm, another through her right breast and one that entered the left side of her head near the temple. That bullet exited on the other side.

Fair to say she could have survived the forearm and breast shots.

The one directly into her temple as she drove away and the agent was not in harms way, that's the murder shot.

Miller is usually decent but he seems to be jumping to conclusions here.  The autopsy does claim it was just one of the shots that killed her, but it doesn’t say which shot that was in the sequence

Mom's were getting in the way. At least that one did. If you jump in front of a criminal or take actions to protect criminals, you are taking your chances with your own life. :dunno:

Are non federally issued weapons less accurate?

Homicide isn’t a charge.

In you opinion, which shot is most likely to kill someone?  Wrist, breast, or brain?

Clearly the head shot killed her.  But it doesn’t actually say that was the third shot in terms of the order of the shots.

Correct.  It doesn't need to.

Tim Miller was saying that though.
