We could do the 1st 3 events of the playoffs? AUG 24 - 27 THE NORTHERN TRUST Glen Oaks Club, Old Westbury, NY SEP 1 - 4 Dell Technologies Championship TPC Boston, Norton, MA SEP 14 - 17 BMW Championship Conway Farms GC, Lake Forest, IL THE NORTHERN TRUST opens the FedExCup Playoffs with 125 players and ties, followed by the Deutsche Bank Dell Championship with 100 players and ties and the BMW Championship with 70 players and ties. 70 is plenty of people to draft and might give me an outside shot of having 3 make the cut
dain11279 928 Posted August 14, 2017 Pretty sure the event with 70 guys doesn't have a cut. Might be too watered down. I'm down with the first 2 tournies though if there's enough interest.

I actually think it presents a great opportunity for an event. * No cuts means no hiding - all of your player's points count... You could have the winner and 2nd place, but if your last guy is dead ass last - you might not win, that's kind of fun. * With the limited field, might draft just 5 guys. * Serves as good bait to actually tune in for the Tour Championship. Cruzer 1,992 Posted August 14, 2017 we can do 3 events in 4 weeks. $25 winner take all I'd do 4... Like I said, having all your player's scores count is pretty cool.

Cruzer 1,992 Posted August 14, 2017 Draft 6 Draft 5 Draft 4 Draft 3 Could.. But drafting just 3 for the Final takes the fun out of it... To draft a team, and have all 5 or 6 of them count? That would be awesome.

Cruzer 1,992 Posted August 14, 2017 sometimes you wouldn't want all 5 or 6 to count. That 6thh guy at +12 would lose it for you Exactly - that's the point. The season ending Tour Championship has no cuts, we shouldn't either. Not being able to hide anyone, counting everybody, is totally captivating. By counting every player you get a true champion in every sense of the word... By counting every player you possibly eliminate the guy who lucks out on just 1 or 2 picks. Cruzer 1,992 Posted August 15, 2017 Kid, last 3 drafts I had picks 3, 2 and 1 how'd that work out for me? Yea - this was a kooky year like that.. Unlike past years, there was no one or two dominant, must have players.. It was actually a good year to be drafting in the lower half. If we had done this back in the early 2000's, it would have been who drafted Tiger and that's it.
