Maulers1973 117 Posted October 24, 2016 Is anyone else playing DFS? I noticed in most winning lineups this week they had Jack Doyle. He's apparently a TE for the Colts. Did everyone else know this? Am I living under a rock? What prompted ALL those people to suddenly, out of nowhere insert Doyle into their lineup? (I mostly play single entry games). Anyone else having someone that they see in DFS lineups and wonder who the heck that person is that got some bizarre outlier point total that helped them reach some ridiculously high score? tanatastic 2,061 Posted October 24, 2016 Doyle has had multiple good weeks and DAllen is hurt. He has a been a nice high upside play all season.

I don't play daily but with Allen hurt, and Doyle already getting some red zone looks, he was a decent matchup play.
Oriole8159 86 Posted October 24, 2016 IND has always been able to support one strong TE play, yet for whatever reason they've always employed a 2-TE set that split each TEs individual value. Anytime the past few years when one of those two was out hurt (when it was Allen and Fleener) the other had a pretty strong individual game. Cue to this year, and Doyle has taken over Fleener's role in the offense. With Allen out yesterday, it wasn't that big of a stretch to gamble that Doyle would have a nice game. Maulers1973 117 Posted October 24, 2016 I thought Henry was the value play. When I use him he does nothing and when I don't he has a big day (see last week). Also, seems when I use Blount he does nothing. This week he scored well. Go figure. I've now had 2 weeks in a row where I missed a decent cash by under 1 point. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!! BobSanders_33 127 Posted October 24, 2016 After this week Jack Doyle will be a top 5 scoring TE YTD. The reason to start him this week was because: Allen is out Chud and Luck use TEs With Dorsett injured he would be #2 target With Allen and Moncrief out he would be #1 RZ target He also was close on another RZ TD that bounced off his hands. I have yet to test it but as long as the salary worked out I wonder how a person could do if they stuck with the same line-up week in and week out? You have to think there's going to be a few weeks where said line-up is going to blow-up,I always think of this when I hear their ads about picking a new team each week. Frozenbeernuts 1,652 Posted October 26, 2016 My daily fantasy success has been nill this year. I actually did finally win my work league. I used a lot of Delanie last week. This week I am using Swoope because he is a good athlete. Another tight end for Indy
