pacman_fl 0 Posted April 4, 2007 I know it's an obviously stupid question, but do you have daily or weekly lineup requirements? The Yahoo league I am only allows for weekly lineups with no changes. We had a couple of guys in our league ask why they couldn't change.

We had a couple of guys in our league ask why they couldn't change. I play in one of each. The one I play with toofy here is a daily league. The other one is like yours. I'm in my 3rd year on that one. After playing the daily league only a couple days, I already like it a lot more. Nothing more annoying than having a player injured locked in for almost a whole week. cmh6476 1,024 Posted April 4, 2007 Well, yeah. But that's 'cause he's got all those Royals on his roster. that was all strategery by next week, teahen will be eligible at 3b and of. And Upton will be eligible at multiple positions in a week or two. I just took a flyer on Sweeney, and if that dont pan out I'll just drop his ass for a pitcher also, if grienk is available in any of your other leagues, pick his ass up

DBZFan2K 0 Posted April 4, 2007 Yeah it's dumb thing by Yahoo. If the game is set at a certain time but is postponed you need to sub the player out before the initial scheduled time. Otherwise it treats it like an active game. In cases like that you need to hope to be near a computer. I have the mobile feature for Yahoo but it only changes rosters for the following day. Juniper 0 Posted April 6, 2007 Enjoy your league, all; but this is Exhibit A why I no longer participate in fantasy baseball. Early April, particularly in the Northeast, is a STUPID time of the year to play night baseball games. Yeah...yeah...tradition and all that good fantasy team management bullsh!t. But 40F temperatures with snow on the tarp and fans dressed for a Green Bay Packers home game just doesn't do it for me; we'll talk in June.

I agree. I don't understand why you'd build a new stadium these days without a retractable roof. It's awesome being able to buy tickets in advance knowing your definitely going to get to see a game. Sucks to drive 2 hours and get rained out or have to sit in 30 degree weather.
