My current roster is as follows:

QB: (we start 2) McNabb, Rivers, Warner

RB: Addai, Parker, Jacobs, Barber III

WR: Edwards, Roy Williams, Holmes, V.Jackson, Bowe

TE: Witten, Des Clark

K: Folk

DEF: (we start 2) Arizona, Minnesota, Tennessee

 

Do I accept this trade?

my initial thought is no, but i don't know how these guys rank as far as ppr goes, so gimme those numbers and maybe that'd help.

In our league each player has the following points:

 

Plax - 120 (7th WR)

Bush - 89 (17th RB's)

Fitz - 90 (18th WR)

 

Edwards - 107 (6th WR)

Roy - 89 (15th WR)

Parker - 74 (11th RB's)

 

The other owner also has TO. Maybe I should counter with this..

i guess that actually seems fair, i didn't know bush had that many points but i guess he's big in ppr.

the only issues is worrying about if/when plax's ankle gives out.

Iwould do it becuae of the PPR.

 

Bush is great in PPR, but poor in normal leagues, in PPR about even with FWP most weeks.

i think the browns will come back to earth a little and fitz will be a wash with edwards at worst.

 

 

I would check the playoff match ups first, but I like the trade.

I would do that trade...although before you accept...unless you think he's talking to others...I'd try the TO trade.

I would do the trade but I'd don't see him going fo the TO part of it. Keep with the first offer. You gain w/ Plax but lose a little with Bush vs FWP. But where Bush's role has increased w/ the injury to Deuce, seems like a good move.

Yes do it Bush is better than FWP long term in a ppr league.

I'd do it but, I'd try to include Holmes instead of Edwards, if he wants Edwards hold out for TO instead of Fitz.

PULL THE TRIGGER! Bush is money in PPR leagues, and FWP is absolutely mediocre in PPR leagues. He rushes for 100+ yds. but doesnt score TD's and doesnt catch many balls. I am in aPPR league and own Edwards, he has been great, and it sucks parting with him, but with what ur getting in return it is worth it. Plax is the #3 WR in PPR leagues I think, he has been great. I wouldnt worry about the ankle either, cuz he has been playing through the injury so far, and it doesnt seem to have slowed him down at all. The only ? would be Fitz. As long as Warner is in than Fitz will produce, but if he goes down and Rattay comes in Id be a little worried about a drop off. Good luck either way but Id do the deal in a heartbeat.

That trade can go either way, but initally I say make that trade. It comes down to Bush/Parker and i'd rather have Bush in keeper league. Thanks for mine.

yeah I agree in a PPR league. Bush will be better than Parker in PPR. Burress is just a beast this year. Elis favorite target. I would not worry about his ankle. He plays great on Sunday. I think he just does not like to practice. I like Fitz over Edwards if Warner is the QB. I to feel the browns will come down to earth. Eveyone should know how to play them and shouldn't take them lightly anymore.

It's a tough call but I think I'd pull the trigger. Makes FF even more fun with some wheeling and dealing.

It's tight either way, but I'd go for it. The Browns have an easy road down the stretch, but I'm still reluctant to put too much faith in Derek Anderson's arm. The Saints also seem to be picking up steam after a miserable start, so it wouldn't be surprising to see Bush pick it up, while FWP seems to be at risk for getting warn down as the season goes on because of his big workload early. That could mean that he slows down a little or that Davenport gets more carries, but either way (in a PPR league), I'd prefer Bush.

Agree with everyone here. Be sure to check your future playoff matchups though and hope that Warner will still chuck it to Fitz for the rest of the year.

Looks like a fair trade.. but in a PPR league, a slight edge goes to the team that will get Bush.
