ESPN.com's Len Pasquarelli reports former Denver Broncos RB Terrell Davis (knee), who was released by the Broncos earlier this off-season, is still planning to return to the football field once his knees are fully recovered. There are reportedly a few teams that keep in contact with Davis on a regular basis to monitor his progress/health. Speculation is that Davis might be ready to play by November 2003. No post will be considered as a free agent pick-up until Wednesday, August 7, 2002 at 12:00 PM (noon) EST. The time stamp on this board will read 11:00 AM as the official time (which is actually 12:00 PM EST). The wire is First-Come-First-Served throughout the pre-season!
