GettnHuge 2 Posted March 13, 2006 Now that the Cardinals have the Edge I am going to predict right here and right now that Kurt Warner will throw for 5000 yards and 40tds this year. The Cardinals will go 15-1 electrifying their massive fan base from sea to shining sea, but unfortunately lose to the Browns in the Superbowl. 15-1 dispute this...if you can. DaBeerz 88 Posted March 13, 2006 C'mon every year every sports pundit loves to pick the lowly Cardinals or Lions to have their "Breakout" year. Every year, the Cards and Lions fall flat on their faces, and people wonder why the players they drafted from those teams suck. I'm not touching Edge this year at all, unless he falls to late second round, where I would trade him after the draft before everyone realises that ARI O-line sucks. Want a more realistic prediction? Edge is getting close to 30 now, and he doesn't have a great QB and good O-line making massive running lanes for him. I think he will get injured as he is gang tackled trying to maintain a 3.5 ypc average. The Cards are going to post their usual 6-10 record, Edge will not get 1200 yards, and he will only score about 4-6 TD's.
Guest 00ITR499 Posted March 13, 2006 Well, they get 2 gimmes against the 9ers. So, just 13 more wins after that. No problem

Warner, is older and his arm strength has been a question mark for a couple years now. I think that James will take some of the pressure off of him, but the o-line is not known for it's run blocking. GettnHuge 2 Posted March 13, 2006 their o-line is one of the best in the league. as for arm strength Kurt'll put you over his knee and show ya whats up.
remote controller 143 Posted March 13, 2006 Great chance in a weak division. I'd say playoffs are well within their reach. Where's Scorp??
Juniper 0 Posted March 22, 2006 Their O-Line is one of the best in the league. I KNEW there was a secret weapon behind their dynamic first in the NFL passing offense and dead last rushing offense in 2005. And when your team goes 5-11 with the league's #17 scoring offense; who can argue with the scintillating results? Arizona is where old people, and NFL players, go to retire. Honestly, who was the last free agent fantasy football offensive skill player worth a damn that went to the Cardinals as a free agent? :crickets chirping:

jman316 0 Posted March 22, 2006 Great chance in a weak division. I'd say playoffs are well within their reach. Where's Scorp?? The Tardinals are one of the main reasons the division is weak! I still think Edge is on some sort of bender and hasn't realized who he actually signed for...."what, you mean this red uniform isn't Kansas City's? Who the he!! is going to block for me!" I love how the Cards bandwagon gets filled up during the off-season just to have everyone abandon ship like they're on Titanic after week 3.
Vikings4ever 570 Posted March 22, 2006 Sorry, but you have to have the best offense in the history of football if you even want to sniff the Super Bowl with the Fat Fock coaching your team.
