athena 0 Posted May 1, 2006 Seemed like all the actors got a week vacation or something. There was so few characters in this episode.
torridjoe 48 Posted May 1, 2006 I love the way the characters develop in this show. For the first time EVER, Tony turns down willing poon. How does he compensate? He bitches about the smoked turkey.

brinett9 0 Posted May 1, 2006 I haven't been on the hate wagon like some here, but this was a pretty lame episode. AJ having a panic attack? Someone please shoot me. I cannot stand the dullness.

brinett9 0 Posted May 1, 2006 AJ had panic attacks in the past. What's the big deal? Exactly. There IS no big deal. It was dull as crap then and it's dull as crap now. It's deja dull.

mighty_thor 115 Posted May 1, 2006 How stupid can AJ be? He signs in to see his Uncle then he is going to kill him? If anyone from that family is going to take over after Tony it will be Meadow. I also didn't understand how Aj got off so easy? Wouldn't the police love to charge him with something to get at Tony? He is 18 now isn't he?
brinett9 0 Posted May 1, 2006 Wouldn't the police love to charge him with something to get at Tony? He is 18 now isn't he? I doubt a prosecutor would be interested. You're going to go against a top notch defense team to charge a guy with dropping a knife? Not good for the win percentage.
TD Ryan2 316 Posted May 1, 2006 meh. it was OK. Tony, AJ, and Carm all had some significant "character develpment" scenes. But the bottom line here is that most of us want more of the crew. I'm hoping that next week will be a really good episode... Eggs have always foreshadowed murder and mayhem in the Sopranos. Tony sold of the entire fukking egg factory this week.... I doubt a prosecutor would be interested. You're going to go against a top notch defense team to charge a guy with dropping a knife? Not good for the win percentage. Tony said that Zellman "took care of it". does Zellman have that kind of reach? he must, I guess.

davebg 0 Posted May 1, 2006 I also didn't understand how Aj got off so easy? Wouldn't the police love to charge him with something to get at Tony? He is 18 now isn't he? Pay closer attention to the show. When Tony picked AJ up at the police station, the officer said that he heard from the councilman/assembyman. So the cop wanted to bust AJ b/c he was the son of Tony Soprano (based on the look of disgust on the police officer's face when he said to get him the hell out of there), but he let AJ go b/c some politician in Tony's pocket intervened. Plus, when Tony has AJ outside the station he even says to AJ how stoopid he was b/c all it would have taken was one cop w/a hard-on for Tony and AJ would be facing attempted murder charges. Brown Eyed Girl 1 Posted May 1, 2006 I thought it was odd that AJ even made it inside carrying a knife to visit his Uncle w/out being checked/frisked, etc. That made -0- sense. The rest of the show - I wasn't too impressed. I expected more out of this episode. Last week's previews made it look more interesting/action-packed.
redtodd 7 Posted May 1, 2006 The fact that Tony didn't beat the snot out of AJ, made this episode the suck.

Ok, that makes sense. My wife and I try to watch the show and our 10 month old at the same time. Sometimes we miss a sentence or two. I heard the hard on line but didn't catch why they didn't charge him.
