dirty dug 0 Posted May 7, 2006 Bad, nay horrific start for the Lake Show. ugh, this could very easily get unbearably ugly very soon. Go Lakers!!! Come on Phil and Kobe!!!

CurlyNight 0 Posted May 7, 2006 Actually Pho should be up more than what they are right now. I don't know. The crowd booing Kobe may set him on fire. Second half is where a Laker game gets judged- hard to say till then.
CurlyNight 0 Posted May 7, 2006 Loved Kenny's gone fishing that included Bush and Cheney in the pic.
Ravens 03 0 Posted May 7, 2006 Did you hear Barkley when they announcd the KDerby winner at halftime? "I bet on that horse."
nobody 2,898 Posted May 7, 2006 Wow. The Lakers barely put up an effort. Anybody remember when Barbosa sucked? All the sudden he gets it.
BMoney 0 Posted May 7, 2006 Kobe shouldve been mvp...hes unstoppable.... i like phoenix too...i almost went to a game there..so thats saying something..but they like to push the tempo and thats a good thing...
Ravens 03 0 Posted May 7, 2006 So Kobe 'The Rapis't Bryant - the Best player ever in the history of the game - takes 3 shots in the 2nd half. What a tool. ETA - Post #12,

CurlyNight 0 Posted May 7, 2006 Nothing was ever proven. I don't call someone a rapist unless I know beyond a doubt, which I don't in this case. He is an adulterer though.

CurlyNight 0 Posted May 7, 2006 Nash was the rightful winner of the award. B's being sarcastic. He hates Kobe. Nash, Barbosa, and Bell did turn it all around. Congrats to the Suns.

CurlyNight 0 Posted May 7, 2006 He took 3 shots [at the basket] the entire 2nd half! I'm guessing he saw that it's a no way to win situation, and he just took an early vacation. His teammates were absent tonight, and there's no way he could carry it all alone in Pho with the momentum they came in on. JMO.

Congrats to the Suns. you know me too well!! with no hockey, i gave in and watched basketball... i have no real comment...im just not sure how some can love that and not hockey..quite odd.. is steve nash the first mvp that had to tuck his hair behind his ears everytime after a jumper or before a free throw?... NewbieJr 541 Posted May 7, 2006 Bryant knew that they were getting their asses kicked so he decided to lay low in the second half. That way, he could use the excuse that they lost because he wasn't involved enough. If he had taken his normal 20 shots in the second half, it would have been too obvious that Nash>Bryant. TylerRoseFan 16 Posted May 7, 2006 I think Barkley summed it up best back in like 1996 or something with a reference to a young and upcomming player w/ the Lakers..."Pathetic Kobe Bryant".

Worse, he made no attempt to get the other players into the game. It is one thing to take fewer shots while you are driving and dishing. It is another to just stand outside of the arc. I had gained respect for Kobe over the course of the series; I lost it all and then some in that second half.
